Directions

This Coconut-Citrus formula can be used either as an oral oil to be swallowed or may also be used for vaping.

Directions for Vaping:

Use dropper to fill your vaporizer cartridge 3/4 full. If you are using your own vape pen and not ours, set the temperature to the lowest setting for vaporizing otherwise you will waste most of the oil being burnt.

Directions for Vaping with our Vape Pen:

Remove the oil container's cap to expose the oil dropper. Remove the mouthpiece from the one end of the vaporizer cartridge to expose the cartridge reservoir plug cap. Gently remove the small plug cap and set it down in a safe location for replacing it back into the same opening after filling the cartridge reservoir. Place the oil container's dropper tip gently into the cartridge's opening and fill your vaporizer cartridge 3/4 full. Remove the oil container and set it down. Pick up the cartridge reservoir plug and replace the small plug cap back into the cartridge fill-section opening. Replace the mouthpiece back over the plug end and gently push until you feel it click into place. To draw the oil vape into you mouth, place the mouthpiece between your lips and draw air through the vape pen until you fill your mouth with vape cloud. The vape pen automatically will burn the oil only when drawing air through the pen. Hold the vape cloud in your mouth by closing your mouth. Do not inhale the oil vape into your lungs, only draw the vape cloud into your mouth, keep the cloud in your mouth by keeping your mouth closed, hold the cloud in your mouth as long as you can, then exhale the cloud out through your nose with your mouth closed.

If you purchase our vaporizer you do not need to set it to any burn temperature as it is already temperature set at the factory to the lowest setting for vaporizing. If you are intending to use your own vaporizer, set its temperature to the lowest setting for vaporizing otherwise you will waste most of the oil being burnt.

Directions for Oral administration:

Place drops under the tongue and keep for a minimum of 60 seconds before swallowing. Do not eat or drink anything for 90 seconds after swallowing.

Oral Dosing Directions

Place drops on the tongue and move around the mouth for a minimum of 60 seconds before swallowing. Use your tongue to paint the sides of your cheeks and upper & lower gums under your lips with the CBD oil. Keep moving the oil around in the mouth for the full 60 seconds. Do not eat or drink anything for 90 seconds after swallowing.

Dosing

For initial 7 days use a total of 12-15 minimum to 30-60 drops maximum per day in divided doses. For example administer 4-5 drops minimum to 10-20 drops maximum three (3) times per day in divided dosages, such as take your initial daily dose upon awakening, then administer the second daily dose 6-8 hours later, then administer the final daily dose 6-8 hours later. You can divide the daily total of 12-15 drops per day up to 5-6 times per day such as 3 drops five times per day or 2 drops six times per day, to a maximum of 6-12 drops six times per day.

After 7 days, you can consider decreasing the daily amount to a maintenance dose of 3 drops two times daily minimum or stage downwards by 1-2mg daily in sets of every 3 days. For example, if you dosed 10 drops three times daily for 7 days (30 drops total per day), then consider reducing the daily amount to 28 or 29 drops per day in divided doses for 3 days in a row. Compare your benefits after the 3rd day at the lesser dosage. If you are still experiencing the maximum improvement you desired, then repeat the decreasing dosage for 3 days, and repeat until your symptoms start to increase again. If you notice the improvement you desired is now less, you need to return to the former larger dosage that enabled your maximum benefit. However, if any pain symptoms return you will need to determine how many additional doses it may take per day so return to maximum pain relief is achieved, but again not to exceed 45-60 total drops per day to saturate all CBD receptors. If you experience extra fatigue or tiredness, you are likely taking too much CBD oil per day and need to adjudt your dosages downwards.
