GENERAL PURCHASES POLICIES
Clinical Nutrition Centers reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse to ship product to any customer for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice.
If CNC suspects any customer, client, or patient attempts to or does in fact sell products on third party selling or bidding websites such as Amazon, EBay, Jet, and/or any others similar styled websites, CNC will suspend or remove such account permanently and will not fulfill any future orders for such person.
The purchasing customer has read, understands, and agrees to the following:
CNC will ship your order ASAP pending CNC’s immediate inventory levels, and especially pending the Brand manufacturer warehouses' inventory levels. Additionally, Brands may have unexpected delays at their production facilities as they attempt to procure available raw materials to produce your desired or favorite product(s) at their production facilities. Most products should ship to you within 1-3 days, but in some cases, depending on the product, this may take longer. We are working very long hours to ensure shipment to our customers occurs as fast and accurate as possible.
Some popular products may be on a manufacturer backorder status which simply means the Brand does not have product available at their warehouse. In this case products will be shipped according to the shipping queue in which incoming customer orders were received. In order to shorten this delay for the customer, we recommend the customer please make sure to order 2 weeks in advance of needing products. Also, to get the back ordered product to you faster, once the product(s) become available again, please maintain any queue order you may be waiting within.
For probiotic product orders requesting delivery to seasonably hot climates, and the customer desires the probiotic(s) to stay cooler than air temperature, the large ice pack option and a 1-2 day shipping method should be selected. Purchasing customers understand that during shipment ice packs will not likely stay frozen, but ice packs are only used to keep products cooler than ambient air temperature during the shipment time period. Our Brand manufacturers' use specific probiotic strains which are able to survive stomach acid and temperatures over 150 degrees, so probiotic products will not be damaged if they are delivered to the customer with the ice pack unfrozen upon opening the shipment package. There are no exchanges, no returns, nor refunds for any shipment containing thawed ice packs upon delivery.
For customers still concerned about probiotic temperatures, you are advised to select the Large Heavy Ice Pack option for shipments to hot climates such as the following states AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, NV, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, etc, during warmer seasons. Probiotic orders requesting an ice pack within the packaging will only be shipped on Mon, Tues, or Wed to help ensure delivery prior to the weekend so products stay cool for the majority of the shipment time period. CNC's intent is to have probiotics arrive to the customer without extended wait times sitting in a postal office or shippers' warehouses over a weekend. Selecting a Small Ice pack option may be appropriate for shipping to seasonably cooler climates or to destinations requiring only a 1-2 day shipping time period from CNC’s fulfillment address.
Please email to us any changes to your order you wish to make prior to shipping, whether you wish to add or remove products from your order, or wishing to cancel the entire order. Please know a shipment tracking number shall be automatically emailed to you upon creation of a shipping label.
After your order is placed, the customer understands that an email will be sent to the email address associated with the CNC account updating the payment and shipping process. If a “Manual Verification Required” message is sent to the purchaser, this simply means CNC is reviewing the payment information to protect the card holder and prevent unauthorized use in the event of a stolen credit card.
The purchaser authorizes CNC to process the associated credit card payment wherein the purchaser has full legal authority to use said credit card. The purchaser extends to CNC the reasonable time necessary to process and ship the order and consents to CNC’s purchases policy.

CNC provides numerous methods for shipping via USPS, FedEx, and DHL shippers.
CNC provides FREE SHIPPING for qualifying orders, not all shipments for purchases are eligible for free shipping. Please review our detailed shipping policies.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Clinical Nutrition Centers ships to any VALID address in the USA. IF you the customer enter incorrect data when typing your address into the Address Section of our ordering pages, it is likely that your package will be returned to us as undeliverable. In this case you will need to pay for the re-shipment of the package.
Clinical Nutrition Centers can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
For shipments being sent to addresses outside of the USA, we accept no responsibility for shipment of products that you ordered and paid for, but which your country may hold at a customs office. It is your responsibility to obtain your country's customs regulations for nutritional product shipments received into your country and any product shipment restriction information pertaining to your country in which you desire to receive shipments of nutritional supplements from CNC. CNC will not provide any refunds for international orders not picked up at a foreign country's customs office when the package is returned back to CNC via the shipper.
When customers place a single product or multiple product order, CNC will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
USPS First Class Mail shipments do NOT automatically contain shipping insurance, customers are solely responsible for purchasing full insurance coverage for their order shipments if the customer chooses USPS First Class Mail shipping.
USPS Priority and Express Mail shipping services have minimums of shipping insurance built into their shipping methods, $50.00 insurace for Priority Mail and $100.00 insuracne for Express Mail, however, such insurance amounts may not cover the customer's entire order. The customer is fully responsible for adding additional insurance to cover the entire order shipment contents for any possible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. CNC is not and will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products and replacement costs not covered by such shipper's minimum insurance coverage policies. CNC will only replace lost, stolen, or damaged product claims up to the amounts insured by the combination of the shipper's insurance coverage plus any additional amounts pre-purchased by the customer prior to such orders initial shipment.
FedEx shipping services have $100.00 minimums of shipping insurance built into their shipping methods, however, such insurance amounts may not cover the customer's entire order. The customer is fully responsible for adding additional insurance to cover the entire order shipment contents for any possible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. CNC is not and will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products and replacement costs not covered by such shipper's minimum insurance coverage policies. CNC will only replace lost, stolen, or damaged product claims up to the amounts insured by the combination of the shipper's insurance coverage plus any additional amounts pre-purchased by the customer prior to such orders initial shipment.
If you are having your order shipped via USPS First Class Mail, whether via free shipping or customer pre-paid shipping, please be aware that unless you the customer pays for shipping insurance for your purchase, your package shipment does not automatically contain delivery and package insurance on the contents and costs of your purchase. You the customer are strongly advised to purchase shipping insurance for the full cost to replace such orders' contents, this includes IN THE EVENT YOU CLAIM YOU DID NOT RECEIVE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. CNC is not and will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products and replacement costs not covered by such shipper's minimum insurance coverage policies. CNC will only replace lost, stolen, or damaged product claims up to the amounts insured by the combination of the shipper's insurance coverage plus any additional amounts pre-purchased by the customer prior to such orders initial shipment.
