Uses:

Herbal support during stress and sleeplessness, works well with hormone imbalances.

Ingredients:

• Mentha cordifolia (Herba buena)
• Vitex negundo (Chinese chaste tree)

Suggested Use:

Adults:

Take 2-3 capsules before bedtime. May also take an additional 2 capsules during the day if needed.

Children:

Take 1/2 of the adult dose

Special Comments:

La Buena is an excellent adjunct while taking Female Pro and Avena Sativa No. 9. For restless legs and cramps during the night add Marco-Mag, 1-2 capsules at night.

Not recommended during pregnancy.
