Suggested Use:
For patient convenience one capsule of each formula is combined into one packet (four capsules).
Adults:
Take 1 packet in morning and 1 packet at night for 2-4 weeks. Thereafter, take 1 packet daily. If symptoms are stronger during the night, take 1 packet at night. If symptoms are stronger during the day, take 1 packet in the morning.
Children
