Peppermint has many uses. It is spasmolytic and anti-microbial and supports easy breathing.
Internal: Supports breathing
External: Can be applied on painful muscle and joints

Ingredients
Pure peppermint oil and chlorophyll.

Suggested Use

Adults

For acute symptoms, 1 drop should be taken up with The tongue from the back of the hand, inhale deeply through mouth. In cases of bronchial cough, 3 drops in warm water or tea several times during the day, is recommended.

Children

Although non-toxic, peppermint oil drops should not be administered undiluted to small children due to its strong concentration.

Topically

Rub 1 to 2 drops into skin where pain is present in additional.

Hot Flashes

Apply to pulse points of both wrists.

After using Peppermint Oil, wash hands thoroughly. Do not touch eyes.
